It’s Monday, #lipmonthly, and time for a new blog post!
Today’s post is all about looking great when you’re in a race against the clock. We are giving you the tips for the 5 Minute Fall Face!
You can tailor this look to the seasons by changing the lip colour, the most crucial part of any makeup routine. We went with a deep berry colour because it’s time to break out the darker shades!
Follow the steps and comment with your recreated look!
Step 1: Face
Apply your favourite foundation, concealer, and powder to set your face. You want to create a smooth, natural canvas.
Step 2: Highlight Points
Apply a champagne coloured highlight (either a shadow or a stick) to the tops of your cheekbones, under your brows, and on your cupid’s bow. Add blush for an extra pop if you have time.
Step 3: Brows
Fill in your brows with a favourite pencil or pomade. Tip: Use a colour matching your natural coloured roots for the most natural look.
Step 4: Lips
Apply your favourite dark lip colour evenly over your lips by first lining with your lipstick or liner, and then filling in for a dramatic look.
Step 5: Lashes
Curl your lashes and apply 2 coats of black lengthening mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
The Finished Look:
What do you #lipmonthly ladies think of the finished look?! It’s fresh, matte, and totally fall appropriate. This look is guaranteed to take no longer than 5 minutes, and makes you look like there was a lot more time spent putting you together.
Comment below what you think of the look, and what your 5 minute makeup routine is like!
